About this event
Building on our Level 2/3 class, we add new exercises, pace, and variation to the order you already know. By working up to this class, you’ve learned your necessary modifications and are working on perfecting form and flow while at an increased pace. And of course, we work on some of the more acrobatic exercises in Joe’s order. Must have attended 10 Level 2/3 classes.
