Scene + Heard

About this event

Join us for a conversation exploring Chicago’s film industry, its creative community, and the many opportunities within it.

Drawing on her experience across film festivals, production, theatre, and programming, Winter Davis will share insights into the world of independent film, the work that happens behind the scenes, and the organizations and communities shaping Chicago’s film scene.

We’ll also explore the parallels between film and live events, including how creative professionals can build connections, discover opportunities, and get involved.

Attendees will leave with a fresh perspective on Chicago’s film community and the creative possibilities that connect our industries.
