Int/Adv Contemporary

About this event

This class begins with a somatic warm up to awaken breath, sensation, and full-body awareness. We’ll transition into guided improvisation, using clear compositional tools to explore impulse, choice, and dynamic range. We’ll finish with a phrase that serves as a flexible framework, inviting dancers to reshape and personalize the material through improvisational tools. The focus is on strengthening confidence in decision-making and deepening trust in intuition—supporting each dancer in discovering and embodying their unique artistic voice.
