About this event
Kinstretch uses Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) methods which is a strength & conditioning system that focuses on joint control and precision. We become familiar with our own unique joint range of motion & function to better identify strengths and weaknesses. We can mitigate future injury from the rigors of life, increase our abilities to hit the next workout harder, optimize our sports performance and everything else in between. This style of training is appropriate for everyone and anyone that has the desire to be better.
