Friendly Listening Room Presents Chris Jones and Don Stiernberg

About this event

An extraordinary pairing of American roots masters takes the stage at the Friendly Listening Room on Saturday, November 14th at 7 PM. Guitarist and singer-songwriter Chris Jones brings his soulful voice and decades of pedigree—from the Grand Ole Opry to collaborations with Earl Scruggs, The Chieftains, and Tom T. Hall—paired with the warmth and wit known to millions on SiriusXM’s Bluegrass Junction and Willie’s Roadhouse . Sharing the spotlight is legendary Chicago mandolinist Don Stiernberg, protégé of the great Jethro Burns, who has spent nearly five decades captivating audiences with his peerless blend of swing, jazz, and bluegrass. Together in an intimate listening room setting, this duo delivers blistering musicianship, effortless charm, and pure acoustic gold.
