About this event
An advanced mixed equipment class that may include one or more formats - the reformer, chair, spine corrector, mat, MOTR, and other props. Previous experience on the apparatus is strongly recommended. Class is limited to 6 students. Those students modifying for joint injuries, spinal conditions, pregnancy or other special cases are STRONGLY encouraged to schedule a private lesson before integrating into small group classes at Studio 8 Pilates.
