About this event

The Art of Refinement

The Art of Refinement is an immersive Autumn workshop designed to help you slow down, look more closely at the landscape you've been traveling through, and recognize what matters most now. Guided by the energy of Autumn, participants will explore refinement through a Soul Wisdom Journey, embodied exploration, art journaling, and sensory support with the Examine aromatherapy blend from the Charting Your Course® collection.

Autumn isn't about assuming something needs to be changed, fixed, or released. It's an opportunity to gather the wisdom of your lived experience and become more discerning about what deserves your energy and attention. What has proven valuable? What deserves a closer look? What can you see more clearly now that you couldn't see from where you were before?

Throughout the experience, we'll work with the seasonal question, What can I see more clearly now about what matters most? Through reflection, movement, creativity, and conversation, you'll have opportunities to explore your own answers and intentionally refine your course for the season ahead.

Ideal For: Entrepreneurs, creatives, and soul-guided individuals who are ready to slow down long enough to notice what their experiences have revealed, clarify what matters most, and make more intentional choices about where they place their energy and attention.

You'll Walk Away With: A personal art journal piece that captures what became clearer through your experience and serves as a visual and reflective touchstone throughout the season, helping you continue examining what matters, noticing what changes, and refining your course as you go.

About Your Facilitators

Regyna Curtis is the Founder of Atmaitri and Co-Founder of the Mingle! Learning Collaborative, where bold leaders gather to learn, work, and grow together instead of trying to build everything alone.

She is the creator of the Charting Your Course system, a practical framework that helps visionary leaders move with their natural rhythms and turn inner clarity into aligned action.

Known as a Soul Rhythm Activator, Regyna guides entrepreneurs in trusting their inner knowing, making confident decisions, and creating sustainable momentum through aligned practices. Her work blends intuition, strategy, creativity, and real-time application so transformation becomes something you can actually experience and integrate into daily life.

In this experience, Regyna will guide you through a Soul Wisdom Journey, embodied exploration, and art journaling to help you gather the wisdom of your lived experience, see more clearly what matters most, and intentionally refine your course for the season ahead.

Dr. Molly Sandeep is the Founder of Aluma Wellness Studio, where she supports individuals in reconnecting with their bodies through integrative care that blends chiropractic and acupuncture.

With a deep understanding of how the body holds stress, tension, and untapped potential, Molly helps her clients regulate their nervous systems, restore balance, and create a foundation for sustainable growth. Her work is rooted in the belief that true transformation happens when the body is supported, not pushed.

In this experience, Molly will bring the physical and external landscape of Autumn into the conversation, helping you explore how seasonal changes can show up in the body and how supporting your physical wellbeing can create greater space for clarity, discernment, and intentional refinement.

Optional: Bring Your Birth Details

If you’d like to access a deeper layer of insight during our time together, you’re invited to bring your birth details. This allows you to work with the Charting Your Course system in a more personalized way, using your unique timing and rhythms to guide your next steps.

Please bring your birth date, exact birth time, and birth location if you have them.

This is completely optional. You’ll receive full value from the experience either way, with plenty of tools and guidance to support your next steps.

What to Bring

Come as you are, and come ready to move, create, and expand.

• An open mind

• A question, situation, idea, or area of your life or work that you may want to examine more closely

• Your current Charting Your Course® sojourn question, if you know it

• A journal or anything you’d like to use for capturing reflections and insights

Dress comfortably. We'll be getting out of our seats for a brief embodied exploration before settling into the creative portion of the experience. No movement or artistic experience is necessary.

We'll provide the creative supplies for the art journaling process, along with snacks, hot tea, water, aromatherapy, and supportive materials to help you fully immerse yourself in the experience.

This isn't about deciding what you should change. It's about giving yourself the space to see more clearly, recognize what matters most, and refine your course from there.

FAQs

What is The Art of Refinement?

The Art of Refinement is an immersive Autumn experience that combines a Soul Wisdom Journey, embodied exploration, art journaling, aromatherapy, and conversation. Together, we’ll explore the seasonal question: What can I see more clearly now about what matters most? and use what you discover to intentionally refine your course throughout the season.

What does “refinement” mean in this workshop?

Refinement isn’t about perfection, fixing yourself, or assuming something needs to be released. It’s about paying closer attention to what your experiences have revealed so you can recognize what matters most and make more intentional choices about where you place your energy and attention.

Who is this event for?

This experience is for entrepreneurs, creatives, leaders, and soul-guided individuals who want space to slow down, reflect on what they’ve been experiencing, and gain greater clarity about what deserves their attention now. You don’t need to arrive with a particular problem to solve or decision to make.

What if I don't own a business?

You’re absolutely welcome. While many Charting Your Course® participants are entrepreneurs and leaders, the seasonal energies apply to your whole life. You can explore whatever feels most meaningful to you, personally, professionally, creatively, relationally, or otherwise.

What should I wear?

Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely and settle in for the creative portions of the experience. We’ll be sitting on floor cushions, with chairs available if you prefer. You’ll be asked to remove your shoes, so feel free to bring comfy socks or slippers. Our embodied exploration will involve simple, accessible movement rather than a workout or formal movement practice.

Do I need to be artistic to attend?

Not at all. The creative practice is about discovery, not artistic ability or creating something that looks a certain way. There is no “right” outcome. Your art becomes another way to explore what you’re noticing and give form to what you discover.

What is art journaling?

Art journaling combines reflection with visual expression. Rather than relying only on words, you can use color, imagery, symbols, shapes, marks, writing, and other creative elements to explore an idea or experience. During this workshop, we’ll use it as a playful way to examine what has surfaced and notice what becomes clearer as you create.

What should I bring?

Bring an open mind, your curiosity, and anything you’d like to explore more deeply during the experience. If you already have a Charting Your Course® Personal Seasons Calendar, bring your current sojourn question so you can use it as an additional lens for your exploration. You may also want a journal or notebook for capturing additional insights.

Will supplies be provided?

Yes. All creative supplies needed for the art journaling experience will be provided for in-person participants, along with snacks, hot tea, water, aromatherapy, and supportive materials for the experience. If you’re joining virtually, you’ll receive a simple supply list beforehand so you can gather what you need and create alongside us from home.

Do I need experience with meditation, movement, or Charting Your Course®?

No experience is necessary. Each part of the workshop will be guided, and the movement will be simple and accessible. If Charting Your Course® is new to you, we’ll introduce what you need to participate fully. If you already use the system, you’ll have opportunities to personalize the experience using your current sojourn question.

Do I need to bring my birth details?

Only if you’d like to access the Charting Your Course tools in a more personalized way. This is completely optional and not required to benefit from the experience.

What is the Companion Journal add-on?

The Charting Your Course Companion Journal is a guided tool designed to help you capture insights and organize your ideas during and after the session. It’s available at a discounted rate when added to your ticket.
