Trade the workday for a restorative evening above the city. Join The Metropolitan’s Wellness Committee Co-Chairs, Tita Arroyo and Cherish Hicks, for 90 minutes designed to help you move, breathe, reset, and reconnect.

Ease in with gentle movement and guided breathwork before settling into meditation and an immersive sound bath. Afterward, linger over fresh juices, a curated tea bar, spa-inspired refreshments, and light, nourishing bites, with wine available for purchase.

Whether wellness is part of your everyday routine or you simply need an excuse to slow down, this experience is designed for all levels, ages, and abilities. No prior experience is needed.

Yoga mats will be provided; comfortable clothing or activewear is encouraged.
