About this event
Vinyasa Flow is a complete practice and includes more floor time stretching with a sweet focus on balancing the nervous system and calming our heart. You will be gently guided through sun salutations, standing poses, forward bends, twist, etc designed to build strength, flexibility and focus for a powerful hour yoga practice. The class is designed to detoxify and release energy from the emotional body and the immune system to create an opportunity for cleansing and purification. You will sweat and strengthen, release stress and reveal the true you.
