About this event

Have you been wanting to try dance fitness but lacking the confidence to do so? Now is your chance! BEGINNER DANS|HAUS is an open-level, follow-along dance cardio class made for anyone new to the format! Class starts moderately paced by breaking up our more advanced routines into two parts. By the end of class, you'll be able to apply your follow-along skills without breaking down the last few routines! This session will last four weeks and make you a choreography pro at the end- confident to try any other follow-along class format. Please note, doors will be locked at start of class. No late entry allowed. We ask our haustler community to be mindful that the studio is off a busy street and we cannot leave front door unlocked for late-comers.
