About this event
For children age 6 and up, a shorter Traditional Taekwondo class is available on Saturdays. The Children's class begins at 11:15 am (teens and adults begin at 10 am). Families are welcome to join their children in this 11:15 am class if they'd like to practice together. Traditional Taekwondo provides vigorous exercise with a positive purpose for all ages. Develop a strong body and mind through the precise movements of this ancient art while fostering confidence, self-discipline, strength of character and emotional control.
