About this event
Internationally known and highly respected vocalist Dee Alexander shares her soulful musicality and utterly joyous stage presence with masterful guitarist John McLean.
Alexander was recently named a Jazz Legacies Fellow by the Mellon Foundation, and in this show, in addition to putting their own spin on some well-known standards, Dee and John will be performing new compositions from an upcoming recording project.
Be among the first to hear new work from a pair of the most significant voices in contemporary jazz.
This concert will be recorded live for Chicago Jazz Live on WDCB.
Tickets: $35 for theater seating, $45 for cabaret seating.
