About this event
The Kinder Karate program is designed to introduce young children to karate training in a fun, disciplined setting. In this 45-minute class, karate stretching, warm-up, and basics are introduced to children at an age-appropriate level. Activities involve cooperating and helping others, increasing body awareness, and developing concentration and discipline. Games and exercises help to develop basic movements such as running, balancing, and jumping.
