Feel yourself and learn pole dance in its most classic form, featuring low flow combos and static spins. This is the class for you to sweat it out while still being able to pirouette, body roll and leg wave your heart out. Kneepads required, Heels heavily encouraged (if you don't plan to wear heels, bring socks!) Prerequisites: Intro to Pole, or previous pole dance experience
