About this event
LBFE provides meals and a friendly visit to our homebound older adults who are not able to attend a Thanksgiving party. Volunteers visit LBFE older adults and bring them a homemade meal, apple cider “champagne” toast, dessert, and a festive plant. A friends -giving brought to them on Thanksgiving Day.
Meals are picked up by LBFE volunteers at our office in Chicago, visits occur between 9:30 am – 2:00 pm.
