About this event
This class focuses on developing a personal practice using the traditional method of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. Students practice independently, at their own pace, assisted and adjusted by a teacher. Students may arrive at any time during the class and begin their practice. No class offered on new moon and full moon days.
