About this event
Focused on inverted positions, no handed leg grips, more complex inverted holds, one handed spins, and their progressions, this is a combined level class for Intermediate and Advanced Intermediate levels. Each student will be working at her/his appropriate level, so no need to worry about not being able to keep up with everyone or not being challenged enough. Our instructors know how to step up and down all of the moves.
