New! Microgreens are the seedlings of common edible vegetables and herbs. Easy to grow in your own home, they are abundant in concentrated nutrients and flavor. In this hands-on class, learn about the health benefits of microgreens, the best varieties to grow, and simple, delicious ways to use them at home. Plant two containers of microgreens to take with you and receive easy step-by-step instructions to continue growing fresh greens long after class ends. All supplies are included.
