About this event
Join us for a tour of the ISAC Museum special exhibition Hartapu: The Forgotten King of Anatolia led by the UChicago Archaeology RSO. Get a behind-the-scenes perspective of the exciting work currently being carried out at the site of Türkmen-Karahöyük in central Türkiye from Charlie Robinson and Elizabeth Siddiqui-students who are part of the excavation team and whose own area of study focuses on this region and its history. Then learn more about what went into bringing this exhibition to life and curatorial practice broadly during a Q & A with Dr. Kiersten Neumann, Curator and Special Exhibits Coordinator of the ISAC Museum. This program is geared especially toward undergraduate and graduate students, but all members of the UChicago community are welcome to attend.
