About this event
Students will learn how to navigate and incorporate chair dance and chair balance with a new phrase and focus each week. We will focus on appropriate warm up, basic dance and prop incorporation, fun tricks, creating what works for you and most importantly safety! Please bring a yoga mat to "foot" your chair for safety. Shoes are an option but comfortable, moveable clothing that covers the skin and a can do attitude is a must!
