Restore Flow Slow down in this gentle practice that focuses on relaxation and healing by holding postures and deep stretches for longer periods of time. Props such as blocks and straps will be utilized throughout class to offer support. Restore Flow aims to activate your parasympathetic nervous system, promoting a state of rest and recovery. All levels are welcome.
