About this event
A sol class, moving to an all instrumental playlist followed by a 20 minute guided meditation. This class is a collaboration between Regan Zubak, Christina Belke- who bore the idea of an all instrumental playlist, and James Sullivan- a new solmate and local yoga and meditation teacher. This will sure to be a beautiful class.
