Beg/Int Ballet

About this event

This Beginner/Intermediate Ballet class is designed specifically for dancers across all disciplines looking to continue building a strong technical foundation and refine alignment. Expect thoughtful focus on placement, musicality and stability. The pace is steady but welcoming, we'll cover basic barre work, center exercises, and across the floor progressions with an emphasis on body awareness and encouragement to adapt classical technique to your unique movement background. Perfect for dancers new to ballet or returning with previous experience, you will leave connected to your breath, body and being. Come as you are without judgment, just ready to grow.
