The Addams Family begins as our delightfully morbid clan gathers on their rooftop to pour a cauldron of boiling oil onto Christmas carolers below, and the anti-festivities don’t end there! Wednesday and Pugsley create their own Grand Guignol spin on Shakespeare for their school’s winter pageant and traumatize the unsuspecting normies in the audience, and the Addamses host not one but two family get-togethers, one involving a performance of the Mamushka, a spirited song and dance (with knife throwing!), and the other a costume party that wanders out to the family cemetery for a game of Wake the Dead!

We’re also screening Addams Family Values (1993) on Saturday, November 14 at 11:30pm!

Guest Programmer Bobby Zier is an autistic adult whose passion is Dracula and classic horror.
