Perfect for those new to aerial arts, this beginner-friendly aerial hammock class focuses on building a strong foundation of skills, strength, and confidence. Learn basic climbs, wraps, poses, transitions, and conditioning exercises while developing body awareness and proper technique. Classes are taught at a comfortable pace with plenty of guidance and modifications, creating a supportive environment for students to progress safely. No prior aerial experience is required.
