About this event
Functional Strength and Mobility - Total Body higher intensity training that can be modified for all ages and fitness levels. The circuit class may include push ups, squats, kettle bells, planks, jumping jacks, etc. Guided by an experienced competitive weight lifter. Please bring athletic shoes to change into as we prefer that street shoes are not brought into our studio. Bring a water bottle, wear layers, and comfortable clothes which allow ease of movement. You may want to bring a sweat towel too. Use your class pass or drop in for $35. Only 12 spaces available
