Join us for A Taste of Burgundy , an intimate evening celebrating the wines, producers, and storied terroir of one of France’s most revered wine regions.
Your evening begins at Sophia Steak with a welcome cocktail before making your way upstairs to Petit Pomeroy for a thoughtfully composed five-course dinner , each course paired with an exceptional Burgundy wine.
Journey through the region by the glass, beginning with the crisp elegance of 2024 Vocoret Chablis and 2020 Château de Marsannay Marsannay Blanc , before exploring the distinctive Pinot Noirs of Bourgogne, Savigny-lès-Beaune, and Hautes-Côtes de Nuits.
Throughout the evening, discover the producers, places, and traditions behind each bottle as Burgundy's celebrated wines come to life alongside a specially curated menu from the Petit Pomeroy culinary team.
