Guest expert JeeYeun Lee will teach this 2-hour workshop. JeeYeun teaches sewing in the Fiber & Material Studies Department at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
This class covers two methods of sewing with yarn on knitted fabrics to reinforce thinning areas or cover holes:
• Swiss darning (also known as duplicate stitch)
• Scotch darning
