Partner & Group Acrobatics

About this event

Join us each Wednesday night to train skills and progressions for standing acrobatics in partners and groups. Typical skills include hand-to-hand, foot-to-hand, banquine, and pitching. Classes feature L-base progressions as well as standing acrobatic drills. You will have access to mats, padded floors, and spotting lines for advanced skills.

No acrobatic experience necessary (but always welcome!)–class skills assume a general movement practice and some familiarity with body positions and exercise-related terminology. No partner necessary.

Instructor: Sirus Bouchat

$35/class.
