About this event
Restorative Yoga is a gentle practiced focusing on relaxation, healing and restoring. Your body will be supported to open through the use of props such as blankets, bolsters, blocks, etc. Through these supported postures your body is allowed to release tension and stress. You are guided through deep breathing and meditation for mental and physical well-being. It promotes recovery, flexibility, inner peace, and intuition. Everyone welcome
