Excel Basics Part 1 & Part 2 (In Person 2-day Workshop)

Microsoft Excel Basics: Excel Basics: Spreadsheet construction, basic formulas and functions, sort, filter, formatting, and printing.

This two-day in-person workshop (November 4th & 5th from 9:30am – 12:00pm) is designed to introduce key concepts crucial to building a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. In this class we’ll talk about the Excel environment, how spreadsheets work, spreadsheet construction, basic formulas and functions, sort, filter, formatting, and printing.

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ATTENDING THIS WORKSHOP! Walk-ins accepted on a space available basis. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class.

Workshop Location:

American Job Center in Wheeling

1400 S Wolf Road, Building 200, Suite 200, Wheeling, IL 60090

1/2 block south of Palatine-Willow Road on the WEST side of Wolf Road. Turn into parking lot and make an immediate RIGHT turn. Ample free parking at the front of the building.

PLEASE NOTE:

• You must register as there is only space for 15 people per workshop.

• Check in 15 minutes prior to workshop. ABSOLUTELY NO ADMITTANCE after session starts. Be sure to allow enough time for traffic, construction & weather.

• You cannot attend Day 2 only; you must attend both days.

• Workshops are for individuals age 18+.

• Each person has their own computer for learning.

• If you need to cancel, please let us know a minimum of 48 hours prior to class so someone else can use your seat. We will have an extensive waiting list – so if you cannot come – PLEASE CANCEL.

• Please do NOT REGISTER MULTIPLE TIMES.
