About this event
Sweaty Peaches! On WEDNESDAYS ONLY we will only be focusing on Glute development. We may perform some conditioning/cardio on these days but the focus of the class will be strength training for Glutes. This class is tough! Caution is advised for individuals with chronic back pain or back injuries.
