Join us for an immersive, front‑row cooking experience centered around the timeless classic Steak Diane . This class blends technique, theater, and taste as you learn how to sear, flambé, and finish this elegant dish with its signature pan sauce. Guests will enjoy a live cooking demonstration with Chef Lee, complete with stories from his culinary journey, opportunities to ask questions, and the camaraderie of fellow food enthusiasts. Throughout the session, he’ll share practical tips on knife skills, heat control, and the art of tableside presentation.
