About this event
This class is appropriate for all levels of students but if you are brand new to pilates and/or the equipment, we recommend our fundamentals class first. Those students modifying for joint injuries, spinal conditions, pregnancy or other special cases are STRONGLY encouraged to schedule a private lesson before integrating into small group classes at Studio 8 Pilates.
