About this event
This class is open to those who have had at least 6 months of continuous private sessions and/or group Gyrotonic classes. Students must be able to set up their equipment with minimal supervision, know Level 1 repertoire thoroughly and move with a group at a brisk pace. Please do not sign up if you do not have the above prerequisites. If you are new to Gyrotonic, please inquire about our Introductory Package of 3 private sessions to try this movement system.
