About this event
Unlike the Reformer, which moves back and forth on metal rails, the Cadillac/Tower remain stationary. The Cadillac is ideal for recovering from injuries or those with balance challenges. It brings the mat to the student. Increased variability of movements and resistance allows the student to discover the benefits of combining the tower and mat work for spinal articulation, increased flexibility, and muscle strengthening.
