Nothing is broken down in this 50 minute, follow-along dans class. the intention is to break a sweat through movement – whether that be nailing each and every bit of choreography or finding your own groove to each song. leave the idea of perfection at the door + come enjoy great music in good company. Please note, doors will be locked at start of class. No late entry allowed. We ask our haustler community to be mindful that the studio is off a busy street and we cannot leave front door unlocked for late-comers.
