About this event
This class is for students who have been consistently taking Pilates private sessions and/or group classes for over a year. Students will be expected to set up their equipment with minimal supervision, build on a strong Intermediate Level repertoire, know when to make modifications and adjustments for safety and keep pace with other students. No beginners are allowed in this class.
