Stage Combat Day Off Camp (3rd-7th)

About this event

When we think of stage combat, we think of swords, slaps, and slow-motion fights, but did you know trips, slips, falls, and lifts are also types of stage combat? Whether you dream of fighting in Shakespearean wars and Jedi battles or you roar with laughter at the slap-stick comedy in Home Alone, this Day Off camp will teach you how to move safely, perform realistic falls and fights, and build respect and trust with your scene partner. Campers will build acting skills and learn how to work in sync with one another through drama games and through stage combat training. Fall out of your seats and into the world of stage combat!
