About Ali Siddiq

Ali Siddiq is widely regarded as stand-up comedy’s most prolific storyteller — a title bestowed by Vulture in 2024. Hailing from Houston, TX, Siddiq’s comedy career began in one of the most unlikely places: behind the walls of incarceration. What started as a way to connect with fellow inmates evolved into a calling that would take him to arenas across the country.

Siddiq is the first comedian to ever release a 4-part series of comedy specials — The Domino Effect 1–4 — which has accumulated over 40 million combined views on YouTube. His 2022 special THE DOMINO EFFECT ranks in the top 5 most-watched comedy specials of that year with over 15 million views. His storytelling style is rooted in truth, resilience, and humor, drawing from deeply personal experiences to craft narratives that are both hilarious and profoundly human.

With appearances on Comedy Central, BET’s ComicView , HBO’s Def Comedy Jam 25 , and The Arsenio Hall Show , Ali Siddiq has built a global following that continues to grow with every performance. His Custom Fit Tour is his most ambitious live run yet — and Chicago is one of the marquee stops.

What to Expect

Ali Siddiq’s Custom Fit Tour is a full-length stand-up comedy show featuring his signature storytelling style — long-form, deeply personal narratives that build to explosive punchlines. Audiences can expect stories drawn from his life experiences, including his time in prison, his journey to comedy stardom, and his observations on family, society, and human nature.
