About this event
Come in, take off your shoes, enter into our calm, warm, beautiful studio and lie down in a restorative pose supported with bolsters, blankets, and calming music. Receive therapeutic touch in each pose if desired. If you prefer no touch, let the teacher know and we will happily create a practice that works for you. All levels and ages welcome. Restorative Yoga provides healing similar to 2 to 4 hours of sleep in the way it affects us on a cellular level.
