About this event
Baby-Friendly Core + Strength A workout for you. Your baby gets to come along. This 50-minute, mat-based class helps moms reconnect with their core and pelvic floor and build strength for everyday life. Each class is adapted to the moms and babies in the room, so you can join any session. Feed, change, rock or soothe your baby whenever you need to. Take breaks and rejoin when you’re ready. Running late? You’re still welcome. We’re happy you’re here. Babies who aren’t yet walking are welcome. Bring water, a blanket or play mat, and an optional baby carrier. Wear socks or go barefoot; shoes aren’t allowed in the studio. This is a mat-based workout, not a reformer Pilates class. About Liz Liz Cuttica is a Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and a mom who has been teaching fitness and training clients since 2010. She helps women understand how breathing, core and pelvic floor function work together, and how to use that connection in their workouts and everyday life. Her classes are welcoming, practical and built around the realities of showing up with a baby.
