About this event
About this program:
Improv for Advocacy and Confidence (IFAC) uses comedy and improvisation exercises to help people living with chronic illness practice self-advocacy, build communication confidence, and reclaim their voice in healthcare, work, and everyday life.
Our games are intuitive and easy to follow and understand. You will fit in just fine even if you've never done improv or comedy.
