Right side up feeling good and ready to go upside-down? Or do you want to get back to the invert foundations to be comfier head down ass up? This class will help you build or refine all the core fundamental tricks and movements upon which all other inverted tricks and combos will build. Get ready to get inverted, and work towards getting upside down in multiple different ways with a strong emphasis on safe form and consistent execution as well as options for different body types and strength levels.
