About this event

Class Location: Logan Square Pilates + Core (2774 N Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60647) NonStop is our first and only “follow the leader” class format! This 45 minute dance party, set to a curated playlist, focuses on multiple “mini routines” of repeating movement or combinations of moves that are in sync with the major parts of a song and repeat each time that part of the song occurs. The brain matches the moves with the music further enhancing our muscle memory allowing us to switch off our brain and turn on the dance party! To help keep the studio floor clean and safe for all class types, we ask that you wear studio-only shoes. If you don’t have a pair, no worries! You’re welcome to dance barefoot or in socks. Logan Square Pilates + Core is located just a couple of blocks from the Logan Square Blue Line station. There is paid street parking on Milwaukee and free street parking on some side streets.
