Swish House Signature 60 fitness classes use basketball specific drills, shooting games, and strength exercises to deliver a HIIT-like, 60-minute workout. There is no defense or competitive live play (other than shooting games) in our classes. Glen Ellyn Civic Center - 535 Duane St - Entrance is at the back of the building by the Innovation DuPage sign. Go up one flight of stairs and the gym is to the left.
