About this event

If you’re looking for vigorous exercise with a positive purpose, Traditional Taekwondo is for you. Develop a strong body and mind through the precise movements of this ancient art while fostering confidence, self-discipline, strength of character and emotional control. After a break during the pandemic, this program has resumed on Saturdays. More class options will be available in the future. Class for teens and adults meets 10am - 12 noon. Class for children age 6 and up meets 11:15 - 12 noon. Families are welcome to join the children's class if they wish to attend together.
