The Sunday Salsa Social brings the RITMO to the Artifact Events Center November 8th

CHICAGO — Join us on Sunday, November 8, at the beautiful Artifact Events Center in

Ravenswood as the Sunday Salsa Social presents a full afternoon of dancing, food,

shopping, and community. The event will feature four of Chicago’s top salsa DJs, along with

special guest DJ Carmencita, direct from Puerto Rico. The 30,000-square-foot venue

provides an ideal setting for a vibrant marketplace and food court featuring local vendors

including Magnifico Coffee, Ola Sangria, Luna’s Empanadas, and Tamale Mami.

Latinos Juntos, a nonprofit youth dance team, will benefit from the event’s dance shoe

exchange program. Attendees are encouraged to bring gently used dance shoes, which will

be donated to emerging dancers at Curie High School.
