Elastic Flex

About this event

This is an all levels flexibility class, so whether you are trying to increase your range of motion to get that new pole skill, or you just want to get your body moving normally again after a long day sitting in an office chair, this is the class for you. Instructors will teach deep stretches supported by strength conditioning warm ups focusing on proper muscle engagement and technique to help you maintain and increase your flexibility as productively and safely as possible. Please wear clothing you feel comfortable moving in and kneepads and/or a yoga mat. Prerequisites: None
