Swish House Signature 60 fitness classes use basketball specific drills, shooting games, and strength exercises to deliver a HIIT-like, 60-minute workout. There is no defense or competitive live play (other than shooting games) in our classes. The gym is located at the Bennett Day School (955 W Grand Ave). Use the gate to the right of the main entrance on Morgan and take the stairs up to the gym on the 3rd floor.
